Health and physical education are gifts from God, reminding us that our bodies are His temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
By staying active, practicing discipline, and working together, we honor Him through the stewardship of our physical well-being. Movement and exercise are not just for our benefit but a way to glorify God and serve others with strength, joy, and gratitude.
